About Lillianah
My Calling
I am a transformation specialist in Miami Beach helping people connect to their inner resources using a number of various healing modalities such as breathwork, intuitive meditations, spiritual technologies, peacefulness and energy healing. I also help leaders connect to their own higher metaphysical resources so they can bring more conscious intention into their visions, strategies and projects.
My Journey
My journeys in various careers and callings have led me on much world travel, particularly to Southeast Asia and Oceania, where I've been involved in the art world, teaching, living silently in an ashram, or just learning and practicing. I now reside in Miami Beach and have remained a student of Vedic chanting, yogic studies, and spirituality. While directing an art gallery in Hawai'i I obtained my dual degree in art history with a focus on SE Asian and Pacific cultural anthropology and linguistics. Later, as the headmistress of an international school in southern Thailand, I learned to speak Thai (and to slowly read and write it), and am currently pursuing my studies through Cambridge/Yogic Studies in the Sanskrit language, a language very close to my heart. When I travel or when I go into my books or writings, it is to be close to the heart of humanity, and the spiritual forces that drive us to connect. I am always studying sacred texts and want to more deeply connect with these original works, and with my sacred chanting and prayers practice. With blessings & gratitude to our teachers ~

Her 300-hour was completed in 2022 through Heartwood in Bradenton, Florida, one of only 50 yoga therapy institutes in the world.
Lillianah believes the Eight Limbs of Yoga constitute a way to walk one’s sacred path in the world. She was called to share the teachings and practice of yoga as her way to live in service to humanity and the planet, and teaches with the conviction that everyone – no matter what – can have access to the transformative power of a consistent yoga practice. She now lives and works in Miami Beach.
